Moisturizing and Fragrance Liquid Preparation Tank The process begins with the preparation of a special fragranced liquid, which is an essential stage in wet wipes production. The majority of the liquid consists of filtered water and special ingredients used for fragrance. The size of the liquid preparation tank is designed to meet your daily production capacity. Any excess liquid remaining in the tank is returned through a special pump for reuse.

 

6-Line Wet Wipe Cutting and Forming Equipment

High-efficiency 6-line raw material delivery and forming equipment. The machine uses the most popular method, the N CROSS method, to form, moisten, count, and deliver the wet wipes to the packaging equipment in the required quantity. This equipment allows for the production of wet wipe products with 30-120 pieces per pack. The machine has a production capacity of 1800-2100 wipes per minute. Automatic Packaging Equipment

The packaging process is the final stage of product manufacturing. The packaging equipment is created with advanced engineering expertise, ensuring efficient packing of the product. The packaging material is used to enclose the product, and small holes are made in the package to allow for easy removal of the wipes. A special adhesive film is applied over these holes to seal them, and the packaging continues in this manner. This equipment can handle products of various sizes. For aesthetic packaging design, our equipment uses the Brick Type Gusset method. The advantage of this packaging type is that the sides of the product are also rectangular in shape. The difference is shown in the image below. To keep the cost of the line reasonable, we leave the task of applying adhesive to the plastic closure parts to the workers. This is because robotic-controlled equipment would be necessary for this part, and it could increase the cost, which might not be affordable for initial entrepreneurs.
