1 - Automatic PET Bottle Forming Machine
Features:
- Stable operation with PLC control panel.
- Automatic preform transportation via conveyor.
- Even heat distribution: The bottle rotates around its own axis inside the infrared heater while simultaneously moving along rails, ensuring efficient and quick heat transfer.
- Preheating control: Adjustable light lamp and reflective plate length in the preheating zone, allowing for optimal preheating of the preforms, and an automatic thermostat helps maintain a constant temperature inside the heater.
- High safety: Each mechanical movement is equipped with an automatic locking device, which ensures the equipment is safely stopped in case of malfunction during the process.
- No contamination and low noise: Air cylinders are used for movement control, eliminating the need for oil pumps.
- Adaptability to different atmospheric pressures: The air pressure diagram divides air blowing and mechanical movement into three sections, allowing for adjustments to various pressure environments.

Technical characteristics
Washing station
All shaking heads are made of 304 stainless steel with a spray nozzle design, making the equipment highly water-efficient.
The handle, made of 304 stainless steel with a plastic interior, ensures minimal contact between the bottle and the surface during washing.
Washing pumps are made of 304 stainless steel.
- Filling station
The high-precision filling nozzle, controlled by PLC, ensures high filling accuracy and stable filling performance.

Parli termo tunnel
- The Shrink Tunnel with steam is applicable for various and non-standard types of bottles, such as round, square, and flat bottles. This tunnel applies labels seamlessly without seams.
- The steam nozzle is divided into three adjustable segments; the height, position, and steam output of each segment can be adjusted individually, ensuring a perfect shrinkage effect.
- The entire equipment is made of heat-insulating stainless steel, which not only saves energy but also meets international safety standards. The reduction gearbox and conveyor belt are manufactured by Spirax Sarco. The entire machine has a waterproof construction for easy operation and maintenance.
