Working Process

1. The film roll is installed on the support device.
2. The film passes through guiding rollers and the pulling system, with marks detected by the photoelectric sensor.
3. The vertical heat-sealing unit seals the edges of the film around the tube, forming a cylindrical film shape.
4. The horizontal heat-sealing unit seals the bottom and top parts, forming the package.
5. The weighing system measures the product and directs it into the package through the filling tube.
6. The horizontal sealing unit seals and cuts the package, producing a finished unit and simultaneously preparing the bottom part for the next package.
