Plastic recycling
Plastic waste laser sorting machine
In stock
Model 6WR-378 is an advanced optical sorter equipped with modern RGB CCD cameras and InGaAs NIR (near-infrared) sensors, allowing precise separation of recycled plastics and polymer waste based on both color and material composition.
The equipment can process particles ranging from 2–5 mm up to 14 mm and achieves a purity rate of up to 99.9%. Thanks to NIR technology, it does not only sort by color but also by material type, which is particularly advantageous for separating polymers such as PET, PVC, PS, PP, and PE.
Its compact dimensions, remote control capability, energy efficiency, and high precision make it a perfect fit for any plastic recycling line.
