Description
1. RAW MATERIAL DELIVERY EQUIPMENT
This compact equipment acts as a feeder and supplies PVC granules, which are the raw materials of the product, to the extruder. The equipment has the capacity to deliver up to 200 kilograms of raw materials per hour.
2. BUNKER DRYING EQUIPMENT
The hopper drying equipment is connected to the extruder, which is considered the main part of the line. The main function of the equipment is to dry PVC granules. Processing the PVC pellets dried in this hopper in an extruder makes the job much more efficient
3. SINGLE SCREW EXTRUDER
The single screw extruder is the main part of the line. The extruder is equipped with a German Siemens motor. The control panel is electronic, and it is very convenient for you to control the process. By changing the molds in the extruder, you can produce corrugated hoses of 16, 20, 25 and 32 mm. The extruder has the capacity to turn 50~80 kilograms of raw materials into products per hour.
4. FORMING EQUIPMENT
The hoses coming out of the extruder are crimped with the help of forming equipment.
There is also a wire feed between the hoses to make it easier to run the cables between the corrugated hoses.
5. PRODUCT PACKAGING EQUIPMENT
Manufactured corrugation hoses are wrapped in wrapping equipment for convenient transportation and placement.
