Cooling conveyor 6. 180° rotating device 7. Biscuit combining equipment 8. Packaging equipment This set of equipment can produce 400 kg of cookies per hour. We need a total of 10 workers to complete all processes. This line consumes 200kw of electricity for one hour. The production area is 375 square meters. At the first stage, we prepare dough for cookies using a mixer.

  The machine is a kind of mixer suitable for all kinds of food production. The quality of the dough mixed with it is very good. The dough mixer has the quality standard SB / T 10127-92, which is the required quality standard of the food industry. A new type of decelerator used in the mixer automates the process and makes it easier.

At the second stage, a form for cookies is given.

For this step, we provide you with two types of equipment. The first type of equipment is for harder cookies, and the second type of equipment is for softer cookies (easy to melt in tea). Let's get acquainted with them below. Function: Molding machine for hard cookies, soda crackers, thin cookies. This equipment has three measuring tools for rolling out the dough. Three processes take place in the equipment: it spreads the dough, molds the hard cookie, and returns the excess dough. A total of five belts are used in the equipment. Function: for making soft cookies, sweet cookies and other types of thick cookies. Biscuits of various shapes can be produced by changing the molds of the equipment. The bottom of the machine has four rubber wheels, easy to move in production and maintenance.

In the third step, cookies are baked.

This tunnel consists of furnace tunnel, conveyor, conveyor control system, electric heating pipes and control cabinet. Frequency inverters keep the temperature constant at a certain size. It is possible to adjust the temperature, which not only saves energy, but also makes cookies of high quality and taste.

At the fourth stage, oil is sprinkled on the surface of finished cookies.

This machine is used to spray oil on the surface of baked cookies. At this stage, the cookies can have higher quality and better taste. Speed: 10-20m/minute. A centrifugal pump was used to pump the oil from the oil tanker. Powered by an engine. 4 motors work at the same time when spraying oil film. There are several valves in the pipe to control the volume of oil. Equipped with a temperature control device. Oil spraying width is 360°.

In the fifth stage, the cookies are cooled.

After the end of the oil spraying stage, the cookies are cooled using this equipment. The cooling speed can be changed

In the sixth step, the cookies are returned.

This machine is used to turn the mode into U type when the length of the factory is not enough. It can be at 90°, 180°. The unit has an electro-magnetic speed regulator; cooking speed can be changed according to demand.

At the seventh stage, the cookies are glued.

The speed is stable. It can automatically detect the absence of cookies by photoelectric control. When the machine stops accidentally, the pouring part of the equipment turns off automatically. Make sure nothing spills on it and keep the machine clean. The temperature can be controlled automatically. Designed for rectangular, square, round and ellipse cookies. The machine is mainly made of stainless steel and meets food sanitation requirements.

At the eighth stage, the cookies are packed.

Function: suitable for packaging common items such as biscuits, egg pies, bread, chocolate, candy, daily necessities, industrial parts, paper. The length of the bag is flexible, the operator does not have to unload, save time and films. The operator can easily and quickly adjust the machine's operation and parameters.
