Cardboard paper cutting equipment

With the help of cutting equipment, cardboard papers are cut to special sizes. Cardboard paper raw material is sold in the standard size of 920x1250 mm. Folders for files need a maximum of 590x345 mm cardboard paper.  

PP coating coating equipment

Ready-cut PP covers and cardboard papers are placed on this equipment. At the first stage, liquid glue is automatically applied to PP covers using the equipment and transferred to the conveyor. At the next stage, cardboard paper is placed on top of the PP coating and continues to move through the conveyor. In the final stage, the product reaches the end of the equipment. Here, the PP coating and the cardboard paper are passed through the equipment rollers to ensure a strong adhesion, and here the PP coating is folded and glued to the edges of the cardboard paper. Folder shaping equipment

After the cardboard paper and PP cover are glued together, a folder forming machine is needed to form a complete folder. The product placed on the equipment is pressed with the help of a press. Punching equipment

Perforating equipment opens special holes for installation of metal ring and arched mechanism. The advantage of this equipment is that the equipment drills all the necessary holes at the same time, while previous models required a separate equipment for each hole.

Small ring and arch mechanism installation equipment
