At the first stage, two parts are glued together using PU glue

To do this step, we need a gluing machine, which is one of the largest pieces of equipment on the production line. We insert glue into the initial part of the equipment (on the right in the picture) between two separate parts. After passing between the two circles, it goes to the big circle. Here, two separate parts are qualitatively joined under the influence of heat under high pressure. It is very important that the parts do not separate in this process. In the second stage, the glued parts are pressed

The main purpose of doing this is to improve the quality of our products. By pressing them with this equipment for a certain time, the glue will be more firmly fixed and the quality of the product will increase. Below is a picture of our press equipment.
