This brand of porolone is mainly used in the furniture industry, in the manufacture of upholstered furniture (sofas, armchairs, chairs); in the packaging of products; sponges for household use (washing dishes, washing cars, etc.); sports goods; Mattresses of various configurations and other sleeping products. Density / hardness, list size, thickness and color are manufactured according to customer's requirement. There are different type, depending on the density, hardness and application of porolone.
Liquid pore casting equipment
The equipment mixes chemicals placed in the tanker and puts them in a foam state. At the next stage, the equipment will pour the whipped product into a box or container of the required size.
Automatic horizontal cutting equipment
Equipment porolon cuts the blocks horizontally. The equipment is capable of cutting to a thickness of 1250 mm with a resolution of 1 mm. To control the cutting accuracy, a PLC control panel is installed on the equipment.
Vertical cutting equipment
Equipment porolon cuts the blocks in a vertical shape. The equipment can cut to a minimum thickness of 3 mm and higher.
